Rental requests
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, requested travel dates, guest count and, if you choose to provide them, a phone number and message. These details are sent to the property’s inquiry manager so they can respond and help arrange your stay.
How your request is handled
The website uses TunaGo’s booking-request service. Your request is stored in its request dashboard and an email notification is sent through Resend to the configured inquiry manager. A daily hashed connection identifier is used to limit repeated submissions and reduce spam. A request reference is displayed after a successful submission.
Please do not include payment card numbers, identity documents or other sensitive information in the form. No payment details are collected on this website. To ask about your submitted information or request its deletion, contact hwthrn9@gmail.com.
Requests are not reservations
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve dates or create a confirmed booking. Availability, the full price, any deposit, payment arrangements, arrival times, cancellation terms and house rules must be agreed with the host before a reservation is complete.
